Coming to a support group for bereavement and grief can be like a journey from "Sunset to Sunlight." Bereavement and grief can darken the soul and lay a heavy burden on our lives. Sharing and telling the stories of our lives after we have suffered death, divorce, loss of pets, possessions and even our sense of family and faith, can help us come out of the darkness of despair, depression and sadness.
