Tom Hagel

Tom Hagel, 68, of Brainerd, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 13, 2019.  Services will be held at a later date.

Tom was born in Faribault on June 8, 1951, the son of Edgar Emil and Dolores Dorothy (Stiller) Hagel.  He graduated from Waterville High School.  After working in printing for himself for more than 20 years, he retired from the Lindar Corporation as a shift supervisor.  He had a passion for cars and racing.  He also enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting.  He loved traveling and sampling new foods.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda; daughters, Jennifer Hagel, Jessica Nytes, and Nicole Hagel; siblings, Kurt, Suzanne, and Wendy; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Jack and Nancy.
