Zelda Groves

Zelda Groves, 93, of Brainerd, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Lakewood Health System Care Center in Staples. Private family services will be held.

Zelda was born April 5, 1920, in Palmyra, NE, the daughter of Lee and Elsie (Boyce) Terwilliger. After school, Zelda raised her family and worked as a hair stylist. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Zelda also liked to take walks.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Ruff; daughter-in-law, Joanne Groves; and grandchildren, Dawn Mudgett, Jeff Groves, and Brandon Ruff. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; and son, Allen.
