Services were held on Monday, March 19 at Lakeside Baptist Church in Backus, with Pastor Jeff Broom, Pastor Steven Brudnak and Pastor Loren Ferch officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Backus.
Virginia is survived by her children: Allen Maunu (Kathy) of Pamona, MO, Norman Maunu of Menahga, Marty Werke (Duane) of Corsicana, TX; stepson, Eddie Maunu (Donna) of Minneapolis; four grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
