Timothy Calhoun

Timothy Calhoun, age 52, of Pine River, passed away February 28, 2015, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Tim worked as a survey drafter for many years, most recently at Pequot Tool and Manufacturing. He loved creating things with his hands, fishing, landscape painting, and he made the best beef/venison jerky ever. Tim also really enjoyed target shooting and clay pigeons with his friends Risco and Craig.

Tim is survived by his wife, Kristie; children: Katie Symanietz (Tyler Rueckert), Jarret Symanietz (Jessica); grandchildren: Alyssa, Kaela, Ethan, Logan, Owen; brother, Jay Calhoun; sister, LeAnn Latus (George); sister-in-law, Mardi Calhoun; and 7 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Calhoun; mother, Dee Scotka; stepfather, Bill Scotka; and brother, Tom.

Service will be 12 Noon on Saturday, April 18, at Faith Assembly of God Church, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
