Shirley Houg

Shirley Houg, age 86, lifelong resident of Pine River, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at Dignity and Grace in Backus. She was born to Earl and Winnifred Cromett on November 3, 1927.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Alana Santana; son, Peter Houg (Laurie); sisters: Carol Burke (Bob), Josephine Fick; grandchildren: Kristofer, Tiffany (Mike), Gloria, Marissa; and great grandchildren: Alex, Cole and Abigail.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Harlan.

Services will be 3 PM on Thursday, April 10, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery, Little Falls.
