Ruthe Tappe, 67, of Wadena MN passed peacefully of leukemia on January 6, 2026, in New York Mills.
A beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend Ruthe is survived by daughter Pamula, son Paul, grandson Kelvin and great-granddaughters Avacyn and Parker.
She had no strangers in her life, only friends she hadn't met yet. We will all be poorer for missing her practicality and generosity. In lieu of services, donations to https://www.northcountryfoodbank.org/ North Country Food Bank or https://wadenacountyhumanesociety.org/ Wadena County Humane Society would be appreciated.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Staples.
