Ruth Pierce

Ruth A. Pierce, 82, of Brainerd, died on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. A funeral service planned for Sunday, January 2nd at 2:00PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 3-5 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel as well as one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Green Lawn Cemetery in the Spring.

Ruth is survived by her children, Rodney, Linda (John) Owen, Lee (Carol), Vernona Adams, Loren, Glen (Denise), Mike (Sandy), and Randy; as well as, Richard Adams and Rahna Pierce; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; sister, Vivian Mayland; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard; her parents; sister, Florence Verbeck; and brothers, Emerson and Charles.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
