Richard Topp

Richard M. Topp, age 36, of Elkhorn, Nebraska, passed away August 3, 2011. He was born July 16, 1975 in St. Paul, MN.

Richard is survived by his parents, Eldon and Bobbie Topp of Pequot Lakes; son, David Popham of Dawson, NE; sister, Amanda Topp of Wheeler, WI; brother, Jeremy Topp (Victoria) of Winston-Salem, NC; nephew, Cody Topp; niece, Mariah Topp; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, August 13, at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
