Richard Arlen Norby, 84, of Brainerd, passed away on September 1, 2025. Rick was born on March 12, 1941, to Palmer and Norma (Tately) Norby in Park Rapids, Minnesota. He married Linda Hampton on June 30, 1989, in Chaska. No services will be held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
