Richard Melina
September 29, 1937 — March 7, 2013
Richard Melina, age 75, of Breezy Point, and formerly Brooklyn Park, went home to Jesus on Thursday, March 7, 2013, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Minneapolis to Ralph and Caroline Melina on September 29, 1937. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Richard is survived by his wife, Gloria; children: Richard Reid Melina, Robin Melina (Jr. Schwartz); stepdaughter, Joy Muehring; grandchildren: Anthony Joseph Schwartz (Katie), Ashley Marie Melina, Richie Ralph Melina; brother, Robert Melina; many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
A private family service will be held.
