Richard Bakke

Richard D. Bakke, age 71, of Brainerd, MN, passed away April 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his 4 ½ year old son, Tait Richard Bakke, and his parents, Pete and Doris Bakke. Loved by his wife of 50 years, Terry (Severson) Bakke, daughter of Andy & Esther Severson. He is also survived by his brother, Bob (Ruth) Bakke and their children, Heidi, Ryan and Christoph; sister, Reta (Roger) Draayer; sister, Bonnie (Jeff) Rose and their children, Erika and Kyle; sister, Barb (Barry) Fritz and their children, Justin and Jessica; sister-in-law, Ann (Virg) Lundberg and their son, Darrin Mitchell; sister-in-law, Kim (Dwayne) Walker and their children, Shaina, Jared and Jacob; nieces, Nichol and Roberta VanDorn; and several great nieces and nephews. He will be very truly missed by all of us.

Memorial service 2 PM on Saturday, May 13, at Faith Church in Austin, MN. Visitation will begin at 1 PM until the time of service.
