Raymond Lasher

Raymond Lasher, 80, of Garrison, Mn, passed away on November 27, 2023.

Ray was born on January 12, 1943, to Kenneth and Shirley (Scott) Lasher in Anticoch, CA. He served in the Navy from 1961-1965 and served two terms in Vietnam. Ray was very proud of his 30 plus years of sobriety. He enjoyed helping others on their sobriety journey throughout the years as well. He worked for 31 years as a taxidermist and was a commander at the Garrison VFW. He had a love for riding motorcycles, hunting, and fishing. He will be remembered by all for his kindness and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Ray is survived by his children Paul (Cherri) Lasher, Clint Lasher, Melanie (Chad) Wgeishofski, and Amy (Todd) Carlson; 26 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren; and sisters Diania Townsend and Joan (Orrin) Tutt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Carol.
