Paul Listul

Paul Shannon Listul, age 78, passed away peacefully at home on September 11th, 2025, surrounded by his Florida family, after battling a prolonged illness.

Paul is survived by his wife Barbara and their children Todd (Jean) and their family; Amy (Dane) and their daughter; and Josh (Courtney) and their sons, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Paul is preceded in death by his son, Scott. He was founder and president of LIW Corp. His kind, generous, loving memory lives on in the many people who knew Paul, especially his family who he was so devoted to.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held for Paul on Saturday, October 25th from 2-4pm at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN, followed by a reception. We welcome all family and friends who knew and loved Paul.
