Services will be 1 PM on Friday, March 16, at Mildred Bible Chapel, Backus. Burial will follow at the Mildred Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Jack is survived by his children: Tim Smith (Patti) of Athens, GA, Sandy Kelley (Kevin) of Backus, David Smith (Tracy) of Backus; brother, Dr. Bob Smith (Leona) of Lafayette, IN; and nine grandchildren.
