Myron Kottschade

Myron Kottschade, age 83, of Pine River, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018, at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. He was born to Louis and Vernie Kottschade on November 21, 1935, in Pine River. Myron enjoyed fishing, visiting friends and family, playing cards and being outside watching and listening to nature.

Myron is survived by his children: Kirk “KC”, Connie, Marvin (Lori), James (Tammy), Vernon “Pinky” (Rhonda); grandchildren: Chesa, Daniel, Scott, Ethan, Brianna, Tessa, Kayla, Samantha, Mitchel, Rachel, Jenna; nine great grandchildren; siblings: Sarah Wermter, Donna Rivard, Nora Jabas, Doris Campbell, Cecil Kottschade and Robert Kottschade.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Caroll; siblings: Leona Kottschade, Basil Kottschade, Grace Decamp, June Mapes, Milton Kottschade and Harvey Kottschade.

Services will be 2 PM on Saturday, January 12, at Pleasant Hill Community Church, rural Pequot Lakes. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
