Michael "Frenchy" Tils, Sr., age 70, of St. Louis Park, MN, passed away at his home on December 29, 2014. He was born to Marion and Mary Tils on July 3, 1944, in Backus.
Michael is survived by his sister, Patricia "Baby Sis" Tils; children: Linda Tils, Mike Tils, Jr. (Jodi); stepsons: Joe Barnett, Corey Knutson (Whitney); grandchildren: Shasta, Kasey, Todd, Chad, Nicole, Candice, Troy, Stephen, Valerie, Sherry Rose, Ramee, Marin, Alyssa, Talon, Jayden, Angel, Kalenn; great grandchildren: Jordan, Lana, Jaiden, Serenity, Brandy and Anna.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Sherry Tils.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2 to 5 PM on Sunday, January 11, at Frenchy's home, 7705 13th Lane, St. Louis Park, MN. No flowers, please. Memorials may be sent to: Mike Tils, Jr., 10509 Upton Circle S., Bloomington, MN 55431. A sincere thank you to the "Over the Hill Gang."
