Marcel A. Johnston, 9 months, of Brainerd, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 28, 2024 at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.
A Funeral Service for Marcel will be held on Monday October 7, 2024, at 11:00am at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. A Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service.
Marcel was born on December 28, 2023, to Jessica Johnston and Edward Woodson. He delighted in watching the Disney Movies SING and Finding Nemo. He had a wonderful, infectious smile and giggle, even though he was sick. Marcel is a true Warrior to his family.
Grateful for having shared Marcel’s life are his parents; Jessica and Edward, his siblings; Keyanah (7), Elijah (5), and Kiara (3), his aunts and uncles; Sue Bleess, Jackie Knutson, Michelle Hartman, and Ricky Johnston, many cousins, and his grandparents; Pam and Dick Johnston.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
