Loyal Hoag Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Loyal Hoag Jr., on October 20, 2026.

Loyal was preceded in death by his parents, Loyal and Gladys Hoag. He is survived by his loving sisters, Christine (Cris) Smith, and Suzanne (Bill) Dicks.

Born on June 4, 1947, in Monticello, Iowa, Loyal made his home in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, where he was an avid bicyclist and a valued member of the community. He cherished his friendships and found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Loyal will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 15th from 12-3 PM at the American Legion in Nisswa, Minnesota.
