Louise F. Evans, 70, of Brainerd, died at Essentia Health - St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. Services were held on Monday, April 25 and Tuesday, April 26, 2016 in Salisbury Mills, New York. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
