Loretta Spinnato

Loretta A. Spinnato, age 87, of Crosslake, passed away on Sunday December 10th, in Minneapolis. A memorial service is planned for Saturday at 2:00PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake with a time to gather one hour prior to the service.
Loretta was born on July 29, 1919 in Minneapolis, to Barry and Emma McDaniel. She grew up and attended school there, graduating form South High School. She then met and married Peter Spinnato. When Peter retired in 1970, the two of them moved to Crosslake, where Loretta has lived ever since. She was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting and crocheting, volunteered to make lap robes for the hospital, was very active in politics, was a member of a national prayer chain, and donated to a Native American School in South Dakota.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Peter; and sisters, Irene, June, and Leona. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake.
