Loren Strom

Loren "Joe" Strom, age 84, of Pine River, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008. He was born October 23, 1924, in Brandon, CO, to Victor and Anna Strom.
He is survived by sons: Terry Strom (Debbie) of Brainerd, Tim Strom (Donna) of Pine River, Mark Strom of Pine River; brother, Walden Strom of Newport, MN; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara; and brothers, John, Everett and Victor.
Services will be 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 15 at Maple Hill Lutheran Church, Pine River, with Pastor Bob Twiton officiating. Burial will be in Pequot Lakes Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
