Lanny LeDoux, 74, of Pillager, after 8 years of struggling with ALS went to be with Jesus on Friday, July 9, 2021. Funeral services will be at 12 PM on Monday, July 19, 2021 at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN. A visitation will take place one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN.
Lanny was born on November 10, 1946 to Delbert and Marybelle (Lloyd) LeDoux. He was born and lived most of his life in Brainerd, MN. He was drafted into the Army in 1966. After his service, Lanny attended Bethany Global University, where he graduated with his degree in 1970. Lanny was united in marriage to Mary Bitner on June 21, 1969 in Bloomington, MN, and together they had two sons. He was self-employed for over 44 years as a Jeweler and a Crafter. His work was his hobby, and he enjoyed spending time with his family. Lanny will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by Mary, his wife of 52 years; sons Jeremie (Melissa) and Jesse; 9 grandchildren; and siblings Dennis, Mardelle, David, and Penny.
Lanny was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Donovan, and Karl.
