Kelly Magnan

Kelly Mark Magnan, 66, of Pequot Lakes, went home to be with the Lord on April 22, 2026.

Born on April 23, 1959, he was the son of George and Marlene (Gilson) Magnan. Kelly was an over the road truck driver for many years. He saw lots of great sights and had several entertaining stories. His favorite part about being on the road was coming home to his beloved wife of 46 years and his three children.

Kelly enjoyed a good round of golf, chasing after muskies and family gatherings around the campfire with a cold beer.

His favorite title was Papa! He was a very proud grandpa to Emily Magnan (11) and Jackson Koplitz (3).

Kelly will be missed greatly by his beloved wife, Valerie Magnan; sons, Dustin Magnan (Rachel Ferraro), Brandon Magnan (Becka) and daughter Amanda Magnan (Mike Koplitz); siblings, Tim (Monique) Magnan, Randy Magnan, Kimmy Kay Fox, Tony Magnan, Bruce Magnan; along with several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Marlene Magnan; sister, Melonie Burgess; brother Troy Magnan; nephew, Tyler Magnan; and grandparents.

A celebration of life will be held at his home on Saturday, May 2nd, from 12pm – 5pm.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
