Karen Fortman, 73, of Pequot Lakes, MN passed away peacefully at her home,Tuesday, February 26, 2019. No services are planned at this time.
Karen is survived by her husband, Tony; daughter, Shuana; three grandchildren; and her brother, Gary. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Pequot Lakes, MN.
