Joseph Louis Minkel Jr

Joseph L Minkel, 83, of East Gull Lake passed away peacefully at the St. Cloud Hospital after complications from surgery on August 24, 2022.

Joe was born on March 3, 1939, to Joseph and Delores (Raker) Minkel. He was a devoted Packers and NASCAR fan. He planned each football weekend meal out before the season stated. He enjoyed working on his yard and loved spending time with his family.

Joe will be loved and missed by his wife, MJ; daughter Karen; 6 grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren; sisters Sister Mary Beth, Rose; and brother Greg and Vin. He was preceded by his parents Joseph L. Minkel and Delores Rakers, and his son David.
