Jerome Crimmins

Jerome Patrick Crimmins, age 80, of Backus, passed away Friday, August 31, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. He was born to Edward and Opal Crimmins on December 14, 1937, in Pine River.

Jerry is survived by his children: Laura Crimmins, Connie Showalter (Eddie), Kelly Flanagan; brothers: James (Karen), Patrick (Sandy), Mike (Sharon), Darrel “Ole” (Nancy), Corky (Linda), Ron; sisters: Karen Lee, Kathy Hansen, Faye Binman (Perry); grandchildren: Nick, Tanner, Shane, Chase, Michael, Amber, Erica, Danielle; special granddaughter, Katie; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Gary; daughter, Charlene; and brothers, Kenneth “Hoppy”, Bill, Lowell and Alan.

Memorial services will be 11 AM on Thursday, Sept. 6, at Church of the Nazarene, Backus. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Camp Ripley.
