Jeffrey Tverberg

Jeffrey Wayne Tverberg, age 63, of Breezy Point, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at HCMC in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was born on December 13, 1962, in Minneapolis to Richard and Joanne Tverberg.

Jeff’s father, Richard, passed away on May 5, 2017, at the age of 78. Jeff had one brother, Ricky Dean Tverberg, who passed away on August 2, 1985, at the age of 25.

He will be missed by his mother, Joanne, of Breezy Point; sisters, Cindy (John) of Breezy Point, Lori of Baxter, Luanne (Dave) of Crosslake, and Penny (Roger) of Hibbing; and three children, Casandra, Michael, and Cody.

Jeff’s mom, Joanne, is 84 years old and was very close to him; they shared a special mother-son bond. He called her every night while he was at the Villas of Bryn Mawr Care Center. He had several different jobs. He loved driving his golf cart around Breezy Point, snowmobiling, and had a great spirit, showing compassion to everyone he knew. He was an ordained minister and loved God, reading his bile every day. He helped everyone he met and prayed for so many. Heaven gained a wonderful person and he will be deeply missed.

A memorial service for Jeff will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Brenny Funeral Home in Pequot Lakes, with a visitation the hour prior.
