James Lewis

July 27, 1923 — December 12, 2006

James JimC. Lewis, 83, of Longville, formerly of St. Anthony, died December 12, 2006 at Cuyuna Care Center in Crosby. Memorial services will be Saturday, December 16, 11 am, at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Longville, with Reverend Father Roland Antus officiating. Friends may visit at the church during the hour prior to services.
Jim was the son of Charles and Laura Lewis. He served as a Marine staff sergeant in the South Pacific during WWII. Upon his return he worked as a Design Engineer at Northern Pump-FMC, for 38 years. Jim dearly loved family, living on Lake Inguadona, fishing, being a clown, and the Vikings.

James is survived by Mary Jane, his wife of 60 years; three sons, Jim (Judy), Terry (Sandy), and Brian (Shelly); eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; a brother, Ed; and nieces and nephews. Services entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
