James Lehman

James Leroy Lehman, 77, of Brainerd, died Monday October 21, 2019.

James was born in Aitkin County to George and Elizabeth (Giel) Lehman. He worked as a storekeeper and carpenter in the area. James was a creator; he was passionate about his love for woodworking and painting. He loved music.

James is survived by his son, Steven Lehman; daughter, Sandy Lehman; siblings, Gilbert Lehman, Carol Blomberg, Audrey Zummach; many nieces and nephews, and many dear friends and staff at Almond House.

James is preceded in death by his parents, George and Elizabeth; brothers George, Richard, and Robert Lehman; sister, Lois Carlson.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
