Services will be 2 PM on Thursday, July 26 at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Herb is survived by his wife, Kathy; parents, Leonard and Roselle Lowers; sons: Dale Lowers and Dennis Lowers; brothers: Roger Lowers and Leonard Lowers, Jr.; sister, Marlys McIntire; grandson, Michael; many nieces and nephews.
