Helen was born in Minneapolis. She was a free spirit who loved exploring nature, gardening, traveling, music, Cajun dancing, creating art in a wide variety of mediums, and spending time with family and friends. She lived in St. Paul for many years and then moved north eight years ago where she lived artfully, experiencing and creating beauty.
