Hazel Marie Knudson, 87, passed away peacefully at Lakewood Care Center on May 12, 2020 from complications from Alzheimer’s.
Hazel was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, on May 29, 1932 to Elmer and Lois Martinson. She married Kenneth Knudson, a Korean War Veteran, in 1950, in Grand Rapids. The couple lived in Texas before settling in Arizona. They were very involved in the Lutheran Church and Happy Trails community in Arizona.
Hazel is survived by her children, Ron, Jeff, Sharon, and Doug; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Ken; sons, Mike and David.
