Grant Brumberg

Grant Richard Brumberg, 41, passed away on August 6, 2026, at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was born on October 30, 1984, in Brainerd, Minnesota, to Richard and Cindy Brumberg. For 13 years, Grant was a beloved member of the Seasons Adult Foster Care community in Staples, Minnesota, where he was surrounded by devoted caregivers, friends, and a loving extended family who became like family to him.

Grant was known for his big heart. Despite the many challenges he faced throughout his life, he met each day with warmth and love for the people around him. He was a passionate fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins, and he loved video games. Most of all, he loved his family, especially his four nieces, who brought him tremendous joy.

Grant is survived by his parents, Richard and Cindy Brumberg; his sister, Sarah (Jason) Woodman; and his four nieces.

A private ceremony will be held for the immediate family.

The family would like to thank the compassionate staff at the Staples Hospital emergency room, St. Cloud Hospital intensive care unit, and Dr. Martino for the care Grant received. They would also like to thank the staff at the Gorecki Guest House
