Grace Farr

Grace A. Farr, age 90 of Arlington, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Golden Hearts in Arlington. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday May 17, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. 

Grace was born in Brainerd, MN on September 20, 1934 to Henry and Blanche (Chambers) Sticha. She grew up in Brainerd, MN. On June 6, 1953 she married Roy Farr. They lived in northern Minnesota and moved to Hopkins in 1958. They retired to their lake home in Backus, MN in 1986 and moved to the Arlington area in 2002. Grace hobbies included quilting, crocheting and collecting Ladin Lamps and she enjoyed her membership in the Laden Lamp Club. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Greggory.

Grace is survived by her sons, Alan (Cindy) Farr of Casa Grande, AZ; Brad Farr of Henderson, MN; Chris (Denise) Farr of Casa Grande, AZ and Darwin Farr of Chanhassen, MN. Grandchildren; Just Farr, Melissa (Tyler) Gibson and Christine (fiancé Justin Dawley) Johnson and five great-grandchildren.
