Glen A. Niles

Glen Allen (Benny) Niles, age 89, of Pillager, passed away peacefully on Halloween surrounded by family.

A Memorial service for Glen will be held on Thursday November 3, 2022 at 11:00am at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. There will be a visitation held for family and friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.

Glen was born on November 7, 1932 to Leon and Eve (Berg) Niles. In 1960, he married Janet Almond from Colchester, England. They had three children; Ione Freeman, Glen (Dale) Niles, and Zena Beadle(Adam). He served in the Air Force for 22 years, and retired in 1973. He then moved to Mesa, Arizona, and then in 1979 he moved to Minnesota. He loved to make jewelry, enjoyed rock hunting, and was very talented in many genres of music and art. Glen was a big supporter of PBS.

He is survived by his children, granddaughter Brittany Rice (Billy), three great- grandchildren; Hallee Campbell, Kaydin and Shyanne Myers; and sister Cheryl Mueller.

Glen is preceded in death by his parents, his spouse Janet Niles, son in-law Jim, and his brothers Lee, Jerry, Donny, and Harley.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
