Gilbert Vensland
April 15, 1914 — November 23, 2006
Gilbert Vensland, age 92, of Pequot Lakes, passed away Thursday, November 23 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
Services will be 1:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2006, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Pequot Lakes Cemetery, Pequot Lakes.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie; his two sons, David Vensland (Mary) of Champlin and Richard Vensland (Sharon) of Milaca; on daughter, Diane Jackson (Lorne) of Oxdrift, Ontario; two brothers, James Marciniak (Ruth) of Stillwater and Harry Marciniak (Sharon) of Maple Grove; sister-in-law Shirley Vensland of Davenport, Iowa; eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
