Geraldine Francis Ann (Szmiot) Westlund passed away in the early morning of December 23, 2019 to be with her LORD. Celebration of Life at The Log Church in Crosslake, MN on July 18, 2020. Reverend Daniel S. Westlund to officiate

Gerri is survived by her husband, Robert Oscar Westlund Jr; children, Robin (David) Motley, Robert (Margaret) Westlund III, Richard (Lori) Westlund, Rebecca (Tom) Hollister, Patricia Diann Westlund; grandchildren Rachel (Alex), Matthew (Bethany), Bethany (Nathan) ~ Rochelle, Robert IV (Katie), Kelly (Jeff), Tessa ~ Maleah (Andrew), Gage, Garrett ~ Benjamin, Alysse; great grandchildren Ethan, Elliot ~ Martha, Peter, Silas ~ Lauren, Oscar, a baby girl on the way ~ Hazel, Henry; sisters Patricia (John), Gloria, Dan (Sandee), Nancy, Jim (Linda), Diane (Rick), Jeanne (Rick), Dan (Jesse), Jim (Paula); “extra daughter” Genie (Steve) Stelter with Erin (Tim), Kayla (Nick), Mariah (Allen) ~ Mallory, Maverick ~ Avery, Jace; many wonderful nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; so many other relatives and life-long friends.

Gerri is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ellen Szmiot.
