Genevieve Bannister

Genevieve L. Bannister, 100, formerly of Hackensack, MN, passed away Thursday, February 03, 2011 in Detroit Lakes, MN. There will be a private interment in the Spring of 2011 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Hackensack, MN.

Genevieve was born August 19, 1910.

She will be missed by her grandchildren, Michelle (Duane) Tufts-Dickhaus, of Golden Valley, Lisa (Jack) Tufts Frederick, of Detroit Lakes, and Gregory Tufts of Hackensack and her great-grandchildren, Ashley Tabaka, Justin Tabaka, Spencer Dickhaus, and Jessica Dickhaus. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray; her daughter, Lois Tufts; her sister, Beryl Titus; and her parents, George and Edith (Lewis) Titus.
