Gary Lee Hansen

Gary Lee Hansen, 79, of Brainerd, MN passed away unexpectedly, on June 13,2026.

Gary was born on Sept. 3, 1946 in Minneapolis, MN.

Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, Sandy son, Dale and brother James.

Survived by his sons: Carl (Kelly);Chris (Marie), & Tony and daughter, Jodi (Chez). Further survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, 4 siblings, other relatives and friends.

Gary served his country in the United States Navy from July 13, 1964 until his honorable discharge on Sept. 1, 1967.

Gary loved fishing, watching the Twins and Vikings and was an avid Cribbage player.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
