Franklin (Dugan) O’Connell, 86, of Baxter, MN passed away peacefully at his home on January 10, 2024. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday January 15, 2024, at 11:00am at St. Francis Catholic Church in Brainerd with Father Michael Garry officiating. There will be a Rosary at 10:30am, and lunch will be served following the service.
Franklin is survived by his wife of 65 years Lorraine T. O'Connell, his children Jim (Sue), Laurie Lockwood (Harry, deceased), Theresa (Bill) Garry, Chris (Staci), Rob (Lisa), and John (Nikki), 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
