Frank Eck

Frank Eck,95,of Brainerd,Minnesota, passed away on August,24 2026.

Born March 18,1931 in Emmaus,Pennsylvania. Frank lived lived a long life marked by service, hard work, and a deep love of the land.

In 1950, Frank married Edna Kneght, and together they shared nearly five decades of devotion until her passing in 1999. In 2010, he married Donzella Jackson until her death in 2019.

Frank proudly served more than thirty years in the United States Navy. Ending his career as a senior chief petty officer. Following his retiremen from the Navy Frank worked at Gun Lake Potato Farm, starting for Russel and Clarence Rude and transitioning with Markell and Roger Vogt before fully retiring and moving to Brainerd.

Frank is survived by his daughter: Betty Robertson, sons: Dave, John and James Eck, Daughter-in-law: Pamela Eck, step-daughter Cotellia Flowers. Step-sons: Anthony(Ashlee) Flowers, and Micheal Adams, 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Frank is proceeded in death by his parents, Frank J. and Mary Eck, wives, Edna and Donzella, Son, Keith, Daughter,Franklynn, great grandson Tyler, sisters, Emma Yorker, Evangeline Eck, Maryann Eck, Lillie Eck.

A visitation will be held from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Interment will follow at Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery.
