Frances Saatzer

Fran Saatzer (82), surrounded by her family, was ushered into the arms of Jesus on May 11th, 2022 at 8:17pm.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 4th at 11:00am at First Baptist Church in Baxter, with Pastor Wayne Erickson officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., one hour before the service.
Fran was born to Edward and Valeria (Krystosek) Pietron on March 21st, 1940,  in Brockway Township. She was united in marriage to Roger Saatzer, on May 6th, 1961, in Sartell, MN. They had two children: Todd and Jodi.
Fran worked with Roger at their Real Estate office (Anchor Reality) and Northstar Freeze Dry Company for many years. They were blessed with 37 years together as snowbirds in Arizona.
Her love and dedication to her family was unmatched. She enjoyed spending time boating and camping with the family. She absolutely loved spoiling her grandkids and great grandkids. Fran's loving and giving heart was evident to everyone she met.
Her faith in Jesus was very important to her.
Fran is survived by her husband Roger of 61 years, son Todd (Denise) Saatzer, daughter Jodi (Albie) Kuschel, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, brothers Kenny (MaryAnn) Pietron,
Roger (Sue) Pietron, many nieces and nephews.
Fran was preceded in death by her Parents, brother Richard, sister Mary Jane, and grandson Derrik Kuschel.
