Florence Savage

Florence G. Savage, age 86, of Baxter, died Monday, October 9, 2006 at St. Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
Florence Gertrude Swartout was born November 16, 1919 in Palisade, to Steven and Mae (Bailey) Swartout. She was united in marriage to Wallace Savage on June 4, 1972. She worked as a waitress in Brainerd area restaurants for more than forty years.

Florence is survived by her husband, Wallace; and her children, James (Gayle) Hertel, Fort Ripley, and Henry (Donna) Hertel, Las Vegas, NV. Her parents and twelve siblings preceded her in death.
