Eric James Anderson, age 60, passed away on November 4, 2025, at his home in Baxter, Minnesota.

Eric was born February 11, 1965, in Ansbach, Germany, the son of Harold and Janet Anderson. He graduated from Mayer Lutheran High School in Mayer, Minnesota, he later traveled to England to attend the Lord Iver Spencer International School for Butlers. During his working life he was a server at Applebee’s.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Anderson. He is survived by his father, Harold Anderson; his brother, Christian Anderson; his sister, Amy Anderson; his nieces Aubrey and Amanda; and two additional nieces and two nephews.
