Edwin Durm

Edwin Durm, age 75, of Merrifield, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018, at his home. He was born to Eddie and Madge Durm on March 5, 1943, in Pine River. Ed owned and operated his own sanitation route, delivered flowers and plants for a nursery, drove a feed truck, was a taxi driver, and was also a school bus driver, which was his favorite job. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, especially trips to Lake of the Woods, dancing and visiting with family and friends.

Ed is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughter, Ann Durm; grandson/son, Shawn Durm (Sheree Jacobson); granddaughter, Aleisha Carlson (Nick); grandson, Austin Morley (Ashley McDonald); granddaughter, Crystal Durm; great grandchildren, Orianna, Jordan and Bryce; brothers, Chet Durm (June), Ken Durm (Mavis); brother-in-law, Frank Matros; many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sara Matros; son, Bruce Durm; and daughter, Charlotte Breitbach.
