Earlene Mills

Earlene Patton Mills, age 85, a lifetime resident of Pine River, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 13 at the St. Cloud Hospital, surrounded by her family, after suffering complications of a massive stroke. She was born August 31, 1929, in Sacramento, CA.

Earlene was preceded in death by her son, Gerald "Jerry" Mills; daughter, Sharon Manley; granddaughter, Sheila Rice; parents, Earl and Josephine Patton; brother, Steve Patton; sisters, Ellen Palmer and Elmay Tulenchik.

She is survived by her son, Tim Mills (Lori); daughters: Marlene Mills (Gary Carson), Rita Dabill (Jesse), Deb Oliver (Steve); Bonita Ciurleo, Bonnie Mills (Clint Glover); 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and the many other children that she took in and loved as her own.

A celebration of Earlene's life will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, June 28, at Riverview Church, Pine River, followed by a time of sharing and lunch in the Riverview Fellowship Hall. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
