Earl Fenton

Earl Fenton, age 85, of Pine River, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Good Samaritan Society Pine River. He was born to Frank and Pearl Fenton on January 2, 1926, in Boelus, Nebraska. Earl was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Army in Italy. He married Violet Hanks on July 10, 1948, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was a member of the Jenkins VFW.

Earl is survived by his wife, Violet, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two brothers.

Services will be 1 PM on Monday, June 13, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, with Pastor Bonnie Lomen officiating. Burial will be 9:30 AM on Tuesday, June 14, at Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery, Camp Ripley. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
