Doreen Harrington, age 50, of Backus, passed away August 18, 2011, at the St. Cloud Hospital. She was born May 23, 1961, in Brainerd.
Doreen is survived by her husband, Mainard Voelker; children: Helen Voelker (Jerry Wellnitz), Sara Voelker, Wanita Hoppe, Lisa Jo Koons; mother, Nancy Harrington; brothers: Clayton Harrington, John Harrington; special adopted family, Wanda Sorenson, Wayne Sorenson and Dean Sorenson; grandchildren, Zack, Marshall, Brock, Donnie, Patience, Shakota, and Mikey.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clayton.
Services will be 2 PM on Monday, August 22, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
