Donald Bungert

Donald Bungert, age 71, of Backus, passed away September 27, 2010, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones following a long battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Bloomington, MN.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Loretta; sons: Jeff Delich (Sandy), Jerry Delich (Mindy); daughters: Jeanette Delich, Julie Riley (Jeff), Jill Harp (Duane); grandchildren: Eve, Brittany, Jeffery, Jon, Alex, Felicia, Jettie, Garrett, Connor, Crystal; great grandchildren: Ariana, Brenden; brothers: Edward Bungert (Marce), Roy Bungert (Dorothy), Charles Bungert (Nancy); sisters: Beatrice Melville, Joan Crawford (Jerry), Dorothy Gillim (Bob), Mary Jones, Joyce Bungert; many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Cecil, Francis, Dennis, Norman, Albert; and sister, Carol.

Services will be 2 PM on Friday, October 1, at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes, with Father George Zeck officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
